By Stephanie Stokes, NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune After struggling for months to have the plumbing work begun in her Jourdan Avenue home, Greta Gladney learned about Lowernine.org. The organization dispatched plumber Cyril Mongul to her home and within eight working days the home was prepared for inspection to begin additional work. Referring to Lowernine.org Gladney said, "A lot of folks aren't aware, but they need to be, because it will help them get back home.”
