lowernine.org announced its partnership with Shibusa Systems to build their new headquarters in New Orleans, Louisiana. The new space will combine a floor of office space with two stories of volunteer housing to advance lowernine.org’s mission of securing long-term recovery for residents of the Lower Ninth Ward affected by the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and the levee breaches of 2005.
